Spicy Fried Prawn

Ingredient:

1kg Prawn 
2 tbsp Butter
2 Onion - chopped
6 cloves Garlic - chopped
3cm Ginger - chopped
3 -4 bird eye chilli - sliced very thinly
10 - 15 Curry leaves - shredded thinly
4 tbsp Curry Powder
1 tbsp corn flour
1/2 tsp salt
vegetable oil for frying

Method:

Clean the Prawn. Marinate the Prawn with curry powder, corn flour and salt. Leave for 20 to 30 minutes. 
Heat vegetable oil and fry the marinated prawn until cook. Drain the oil and set aside.
In a pan, heat butter with 1 tablespoon of the vegetable oil that been used to fried the prawn.
Saute' onion, garlic, ginger, chilli and curry leaves until fragrant and golden brown. Add in the fried Prawn into the pan and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Remove from heat and ready to serve.
