Cereal Cookie

Recipe source: Adapted from chef Zubaidah recipe

Ingredient A:
 125g butter
50g caster sugar

Ingredient B:
1/2 egg yolk
1/2 tsp cappuccino paste

Ingredient C:
150g plain flour
30g corn flour
30g toasted coconut

Garnishing
cooking dark chocolate (melted)
nestum/ instant cereal

Method:
  1. Mix ingredient A until well combined.
  2. Add ingredient B and mix well.
  3. Add ingredient C, knead into dough.
  4. Divide dough into small balls about 1.5 to 2 cm and arrange on a greased baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 150C for 30 minutes.
  5. Leave to cool. Dip cookies into cooking dark chocolate and coat with nestum/ instant cereal.
